Membership Requirement*: Membership is required to attend the conference (with the exception of Board of Health members). Conference attendees must be active members of AMPHO, MPHA, or MEHA at the time of check-in or will be required to renew at check-in. 

  • MPHA & MEHA individual, student & retired memberships: $25–$50 

  • AMPHO membership: One Lead Local or Tribal Health Official per jurisdiction (membership fee is based on jurisdiction size) 

  • If the membership requirement poses a conflict of interest or other limitation to your attendance, please contact info@cphamt.org.

Membership ensures that the conference remains grounded in and responsive to Montana’s public and environmental health workforce and supports year-round professional development, peer learning, and policy engagement.
