Isabelle McGrail
Program Manager
Isabelle McGrail is one of the Program Managers for Confluence Public Health Alliance. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Gettysburg College and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health from George Washington University. Before joining Confluence, Isabelle worked at a Montana-based marketing agency, partnering with public health providers and nonprofits to tell their stories and expand their impact. She is excited to bring this experience to Confluence, where she can help strengthen public health systems and uplift the voices of Montana communities. She is especially interested in health promotion, communication, and building systems that help people live their healthiest lives. Isabelle is motivated by connection, collaboration, and the shared goal of improving health outcomes for all Montanans. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, trail running, and cooking, and lives in Bozeman with her partner, two dogs, and cat.
